League recruting process

We are searching ideas regarding the recruting process. We started the league, but yet we havea lot of work to do. So here are some questions and I am waiting a feed-back or some new ideas.

How we should recruit our members ?
We should impose a level ?
How can we become an active league and avoid innactivity ?
Shall we give free items/money to recruit members ?
Should we recruit via roars ? 9 d official forum ?

1. With same metod friends only.

3. Try to make people to acces forum and keep contact with them.
4. Your choise... some little things who can be give ofcourse but some important items better don't give to all new recruted player.
5. No roar, only forum.

Well I think....

1. Only if we see that they are active, speak english and are nice people, not rude, not spammers.
2. I think that a good lvl to introduce to the league you starting from FD 1, cuz we would know if they are active or not...I guess...
3. Try to make people play more often and like Leo says, make them acces the forum.
4. Free item givving will be posted later by Gabitzu[Ro]1 on the forum, there will be a achievment lvl for different types of rewards he will give us.
5. none, only ingame play, and if we see good prospects.
